Slc solicitors are notorious for their unreasonable charges. They often threaten to take clients (landlords) to court for service charge. They charge more than the fees owned without visiting the court.

I have had similar problems.. 4 months still waiting for a decision. They will string you along as long as they can and keep taking the money.

I am in total agreement with this post, Keystone claim to be something they're not and when push comes to shove, MMS (Marketing Management Services Ltd, do not really want to pay out on the polices.

I would give Keystone Income Protection a wide birth and look for something more acceptable.

The article states that she didn’t give a plea. This is wrong. She gave a verbal plea to the Magistrates Court and this was witnessed and reported in early press reports. What happened is the magistrates didn’t record it and all the early press reports were changed. Now why they made this ‘mistake’ is rather interesting. Something is deeply rotten in our court system when they don’t record the plea. It’s not as if it is something they are not practiced in doing.

Witnesses report that the magistrates looked rather worried, because by the looks of things they were under orders from higher authority and felt it was not right what they were doing. It certainly wasn’t either because cases held prior to that one on the day were given lenience to far more serious offences. However she had to be put in prison. This is the action of a police state and it is a show trial.
